We are committed to providing high-quality fitness classes and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any classes, memberships, or packages.

Class bookings

• All class bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated.

• Clients may cancel a class

• Cancellations made may receive a class credit

Memberships and class packages

• Memberships and class packages are generally non-refundable once activated.

• Unused sessions may expire according to the package terms stated at purchase.

Health and medical circumstances

We understand that unforeseen medical circumstances may arise. Refunds or extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis where valid medical documentation is provided.

Business cancellations

If we cancel a class or service due to instructor availability, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

• a replacement class,

• account credit, or

• a full refund.

Refund 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
